GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT
There are NO refunds once appts are booked, no children or extra guests allowed unless being serviced.
Bookings require a non-refundable retainer fee of $25. Remaining balance is due at time of service
Debit, Credit, Cash & Square payments are accepted.
If you are a no call/no show you forfeit your deposit and new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Appointments can be rescheduled one time at least 24hrs in advance.
If you are 15 minutes late without proper notice your appointment will be canceled due to my strict timing.
Canceling same day of service, you will be charged half of your service fee
NEW CLIENTS
If you are new client, you must book a consultation before booking a regular service can be scheduled. This helps me understand the condition of your hair and determine how long your service may take.
-If you are booking for an install the deposit must be paid before you are placed on the Calander. Full payment is due the day before install begins.

Everything is wiped down, sanitized before and after every service for your safety.
